Ms. Donahue was born in Jamaica, New York and now resides on Long Island, New York. She currently holds the position of President and has been with Falcon since 2000.  Through her guidance Falcon has positioned itself to become a link in the E-Commerce chain while still enabling Falcon to deliver the hands-on, personalized services clients expect.

Ms. Donahue brings with her 14 years of experience as the Export/Traffic Manager for a multi-national graphic arts manufacturing firm, Ultre, a Division of Heidelberg Publishing Services. During her service with Ultre she was responsible for all exporting, importing and domestic traffic, which included outbound sales shipments as well as inbound manufacturing shipments, thus giving her a unique insight into the needs and requirements of the shipper/importer

Heather Raab

Ms. Raab was born in Bay Shore, New York and resides on Long Island, New York. She currently holds the position of Vice President and joined the Falcon crew in January of 2005. Ms. Raab holds vast knowledge and experience from working in the freight forwarding community since 1978 on the import side of the business. She has been a fully licensed Customs House Broker since 1988. Prior to joining Falcon, she held a position as a Customs House Broker at HB&L Inc, a division of Panalpina for 10 years. Her responsibilities there included a full range of import entry, interfacing with the FDA, FWS, ATF, US Customs, trucking firms, piers, airlines to expedite the clearance and delivery of goods to their final destination.
